Technical information for the Avanti system
The top rails are made of aluminium and are sold in 2m or 3m lengths. The standard finishes are powder coated 'Architectural white' and clear, satin anodised aluminium.
Fixing screws, plastic colour matched screwcaps and masonry plugs make up the fixing packs and are supplied at the rate of seven per 2m or ten per 3m rail for the pre-drilled countersunk holes.
The endcaps are also colour matched, in white or in pale grey.
Weight restrictions
The weight that the system can hold is as follows:
- Rail upto 30kgs per l/m
- Nylon hangers upto 10kgs each
- Steel hangers upto 20kgs each

Recommended uses
The range of hangers are designed to be used as follows:
- The Avanti Standard hanger - to be used when the rail is fixed to the face of a wall
- The Avanti Cantilever hanger - to be used when the rail is recessed into a wall
- The Avanti Topfix 'twist & click' hanger - to be used when the rail is fixed to the face or recessed into a ceiling, (facing down)
- The Avanti Artshow hanger - to be used when the rail is fixed to the top of an exhibition panel or the top of a 3/4 wall, (facing up)
- The Avanti Barrel Clamp - to be used when an Avanti rail is fixed to the floor directly underneath and in-line with the rail used in 1-4 of the previous situations, this then acts as an anchor forming a fully adjustable floor-to-ceiling system
