Installation
We will be very happy to quote for installing any of our top rails or picture lights [although, in the case of lighting, the final live connection would need to be made by a qualified electrician]. Examples of installation work we have carried out can be seen on the Case Studies page.
Individuals or contractors who intend to install the rail themselves will find some useful guidelines under 'How do I fix it'? on the Advice page. Basic installation instructions are included with our systems and we offer any advice for our customers (over the phone or via email) free of charge.
Picture hanging
If you would like us to hang the artwork after installing the rail, or even hang other work directly to the wall, we use our own employees or experienced, well known to us professionals.
Design
We often work with architects and designers to make bespoke hanging systems or modify our existing range, both of which we are more than happy to do. We aim to achieve the best, and most cost effective way of solving a problem, some that often crop up unexpectedly at the end of a job. Typical obstacles include; deep recesses at the top of a wall; protruding paneling or brickwork; fabric wall covering that mustn't be touched, (even by the picture hanging 'against' it); an existing and unusual rail or tracking that requires bespoke hangers to be made.
Transportation
Transportation of artwork is another service we offer. We would, in most cases use an appropriate specialist contractor for this. Whenever possible we use our own employees.
