Ideas for hanging Children's pictures at home
31 July 2013
It is a lovely thing to see how your child is developing and growing their artistic skills but once the fridge is covered where can you go to display the favourite pictures that they produce?
Why not create a space within your home, whether it be in the hallway, the playroom or even in your child’s bedroom where the often colourful masterpieces can be displayed, added to, mixed in with photos and replaced as they grow.
A simple picture rail is a very economical way to do this, bringing the Gallery scene’s practical ability for everyday use in your home creating a feature wall to show your appreciation to your child for their labours.
The display in the below image is a small investment and can be used throughout your budding artist’s childhood. It can be rearranged, added to and admired everyday never having to fill or repaint walls in order to display this much loved part of any family environment.
Tip: As older pictures are replaced, keep them neat, tidy and safe by placing them in the picture frame behind the lastest masterpiece.
The items used in this display were:
1x LOWM3 (picture rail)
6x LN15 (picture hangers)
6x HM (picture hooks)
