Approved companies who provide a purchase order will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering to allocate the stock during any large quantity order processing time with the balance due prior to dispatch.

Special orders and customisation such as powder coating will require full payment prior to order processing.

DELIVERY POLICY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Picture Hanging Systems Pty Ltd containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via an appropriate courier within 1 to 2 working day/s; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. Your items will be professionally packed and sent via courier with your tracking number being emailed once dispatched. If you wish to query a delivery, registered users can login to view their consignment details and courier's website for tracking, if the order was placed without registration (As Guest) then please contact us at info@picturehangingsystems.com.au.

 

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee on all standard products from the date you receive the goods, this excludes: 'special products', the 'Covid-19 barrier screen kit' 'special colour/powder coated products', 'customised products', 'unstocked items/special orders'. Please email us at info@picturehangingsystems.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. A restocking fee of $25 will be incurred for all returns. All products must be returned in their original condition to Picture Hanging Systems Pty Ltd, Unit 3/18 Cutler Court, Brendale QLD 4500. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer and are not refundable. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post/courier and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during return transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Picture Hanging Systems Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
