Our delivery guarantee and why we charge

We've been dealing with odd shaped freight since 2005 and have learned that the freight industry around Australia is constantly changing. Sending long, thin parcels locally and interstate requires attention to detail and concentration.

We understand that it is common for companies to offer free or discounted delivery services and have been down that road ourselves in previous years but have come to learn that doing it properly is far more important to our customers than doing it cheaply.

Our costs average out to be $42 for an order that contains picture rail or for smaller items such as hangers and hooks as little as $15. We have years of experience and work with several courier companies on a daily basis to know which couriers to use for our regular delivery areas and trusted partners to call upon for deliveries to everywhere else.

We do offer a priority option and will be happy to discuss the available options when time is critical to get items delivered quickly. ATL - Authority to Leave (a parcel) is no problem upon request also.

Monitoring delivery times is a daily practice and assists us in knowing what is working and indeed possible with regard to delivering our parcels safely and in a timely manner. If delays are likely due to the time of year or some other reason then we will use this knowledge to make the best decision.

Damage to parcels has become much less common over the years based on our expertise but does still happen occasionally. In the case that this does occur we send replacements of the damaged items at our cost providing the customer sends us photos within 24 hours of receiving the damaged parcel which enables us to verify a claim our end.
